Do you have a free trial? How long is it?
Yes. The free trial of eKaizen lasts 30 days. Please contact us at email@example.com to get started.
How much does eKaizen cost?
Our pricing is based on three variables: how big your company is (how many employees can submit an idea), the number of named users of the platform, and whether you want to pay monthly or annually. If you are considering over 50 users, please request an Enterprise quote from us. Payment is made for your selected time period upfront.
Do we pay a fee for all employees in our company?
No. The monthly fee is charged per user – but anybody in your organization can submit an improvement suggestion without having a user account (this is covered by the “per platform” fee). Only those who manage improvement ideas (evaluate and implement them) are considered as users – administrators and team members.
Is there a free version of eKaizen?
If you would like to access eKaizen beyond the 30-day trial, you can do so through purchasing a subscription.
What are my payment options?
We currently offer only paying by invoice. Customers can choose whether to make payments in USD or EUR.
Do you have different billing options?
Yes. You can pay monthly or annually based on your preference. The annual subscription is discounted while the monthly is not. If you are looking for the most favorable pricing, please consider the annual billing.
Can I change my plan?
You can make changes to your subscription at any time either by adding and removing users. If you want to remove users in the first 60 days of your annual subscription, you are entitled to a prorated refund for such users. After the 60 days, we do not offer any refund for removed users. For additional users you will be invoiced until the end of your annual subscription period; for monthly subscriptions, added users are added to your invoice starting next month. What happens if I want to cancel my subscription?
If you’ve paid for an annual subscription in the last calendar 60 days and want to cancel your subscription, you are entitled to a prorated refund. We will automatically refund you the remaining balance from your original purchase. Simply cancel the account by reaching out to us at email@example.com. Once you cancel your subscription, you will be able to use your account as normal until your subscription expires.
Do you have a mobile app?
No – but the platform is available on any device connected to the internet via a webpage.
